We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Our shipping carrier is Aus Post for deliveries. The estimated delivery time frames vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may impact delivery times.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination, and the selected shipping method. During the checkout process, customers will be provided with shipping options and associated costs. We offer free shipping on all pedals and selected products excluding large/heavy items; please refer to our website or promotional materials for details on current offers.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
4. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping outside of Australia.
5. Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package from the carrier, we will contact the customer to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-sending the package.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please double-check the shipping address before completing your order. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
