Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to initiate a return upon receiving your item(s) . If you are not happy with your product, you can exchange it for another item or receive store credit.

The customer will be responsible for paying for both the freight costs of sending and returning the item unless it is faulty or damaged in which case we will provide a return shipping label.

After initiating a return, you will have 7 days to ship the item back.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, including accessories, tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If any of these conditions are not met, AME Audio has the right to reject the return or may apply a 30% restocking fee if the item is returned in damaged condition.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds only apply on faulty or damaged items.
